Shahe Shahan -- King of Kings

I have studied God in all the wonderful religions that teach Him, for over 40 years. What I have learned is that God cannot be found in any book, but in the hearts of those who follow Him. What I have learned in these years has helped me find peace in my life and in my heart. It is now my hope to share that peace with the world, starting with you. I welcome you in the name of Jesus. Now, come on in and spend a little time with me.

A Moslem Christmas!

This is the story of Christmas, as told by Prophet Mohammad.  It is my gift to my world, but it is first and most my gift to my family; my cousins; our nieces and nephews and sons and daughters; who have grown up in the shadow of two religions at odds with each other; Islam and Christianity.  They have grown up watching their parents; One Moslem and One Christian; so much in love; so much at peace; and they understand that they both believe in the same God; and that God is with them.

But the world is not as peaceful and as harmonious as their parents.  Religion is at war, and it is tearing them apart.  They cannot understand how two religions can believe in the same benevolent God, and still argue and kill,l over who is right, and who holds the keys to heaven.

This letter is my gift to you, my family.  May it bring you peace in this season of joy.

Qur'an 3:35-47   Surah Ale-'Imran (The Family of 'Imran)
3:35-47 [Mention, O Muhammad], when the wife of 'Imran said, "My Lord, indeed I have pledged to You what is in my womb, consecrated [for Your service], so accept this from me. Indeed, You are the Hearing, the Knowing." But when she delivered her, she said, "My Lord, I have delivered a female." And Allah was most knowing of what she delivered, "And the male is not like the female. And I have named her Mary, and I seek refuge for her in You and [for] her descendants from Satan, the expelled [from the mercy of Allah ]." So her Lord accepted her with good acceptance and caused her to grow in a good manner and put her in the care of Zechariah. Every time Zechariah entered upon her in the prayer chamber, he found with her provision. He said, "O Mary, from where is this [coming] to you?" She said, "It is from Allah . Indeed, Allah provides for whom He wills without account."  And [mention] when the angels said, "O Mary, indeed Allah has chosen you and purified you and chosen you above the women of the worlds.O Mary, be devoutly obedient to your Lord and prostrate and bow with those who bow [in prayer]." [And mention] when the angels said, "O Mary, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary - distinguished in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near [to Allah ]. He will speak to the people in the cradle and in maturity and will be of the righteous." She said, "My Lord, how will I have a child when no man has touched me?" [The angel] said, "Such is Allah ; He creates what He wills. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, 'Be,' and it is

    Qur'an 66: 12   Surah At-Tahrim (Banning)
And Mary the daughter of 'Imran who guarded her chastity; and We breathed into her (body) of Our spirit; and she testified to the truth of the words of her Lord and of His Revelations and was one of the devout (Servants).

Qur'an 3:45-51   Surah Ale-'Imran (The Family of 'Imran)
Behold! the angels said "O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ (Maseeh) Jesus the son of Mary held in honor in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah.
"He shall speak to the people in childhood and in maturity and he shall be (of the company) of the righteous."
She said: "O my Lord! how shall I have a son when no man hath touched me?" He said: "Even so: Allah createth what He willeth; when He hath decreed a plan He but saith to it 'Be' and it is!
"And Allah will teach him the Book and Wisdom the Law and the Gospel.

        Qur'an 19:16-32   Surah Maryam (Mary)
And mention, [O Muhammad], in the Book [the story of] Mary, when she withdrew from her family to a place toward the east.7 And she took, in seclusion from them, a screen. Then We sent to her Our Angel, and he represented himself to her as a well-proportioned man. She said, "Indeed, I seek refuge in the Most Merciful from you, [so leave me], if you should be fearing of Allah ." He said, "I am only the messenger of your Lord to give you [news of] a pure boy." She said, "How can I have a boy while no man has touched me and I have not been unchaste?" He said, "Thus [it will be]; your Lord says, 'It is easy for Me, and We will make him a sign to the people and a mercy from Us. And it is a matter [already] decreed.' " So she conceived him, and she withdrew with him to a remote place. And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a palm tree. She said, "Oh, I wish I had died before this and was in oblivion, forgotten."4 But he called her from below her, "Do not grieve; your Lord has provided beneath you a stream. And shake toward you the trunk of the palm tree; it will drop upon you ripe, fresh dates. So eat and drink and be contented. And if you see from among humanity anyone, say, 'Indeed, I have vowed to the Most Merciful abstention, so I will not speak today to [any] man. "

Qur'an 4:155-159   Surah An-Nisaa (The Women)
(They have incurred divine displeasure): in that they broke their Covenant: that they rejected the Signs of Allah; that they slew the Messengers in defiance of right; that they said "Our hearts are the wrappings (which preserve Allah's Word; we need no more)"; nay Allah hath set the seal on their hearts for their blasphemy. and little is it they believe.
That they rejected faith: that they uttered against Mary a grave false charge.
That they said (in boast) "We killed Christ (Maseeh) Jesus the son of Mary, the Apostle of Allah"; but they killed him not nor crucified him but so it was made to appear to them and those who differ therein are full of doubts with no (certain) knowledge but only conjecture to follow for of a surety they killed him not.
Nay.  Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power Wise.
And there is none of the People of the Book but must believe in him before his death; and on the Day of Judgment He will be a witness against them.

This is the story of Jesus; as told by Prophet Mohammad.  I know some of the wording may sound a bit foreign and even strange to you, but Mohammad's thoughts echo what most Christians believe.  Jesus is the way.

Jesus is the pillar by which he, Mohammad, built the foundation of Islam.  He converted a nation of pagans; destroyed their temples and their gods; and said, worship the God of Jesus, and of Moses, and of Abraham.

Jesus is the way of the truth, so I follow him, as Muhammad did before me.  In his lifetime, the bible was not accessible to him, but it is to me.  I know my mind has been trained to beware of the bible, that it may be corrupted, but even if man can corrupt the words, how can he corrupt the truth?  Long before Jesus, there was God.  Long before Allah, there was God,  But even longer than that, longer than God, there were my parents.  For years I watched them worship God, and I had no idea what that meant, just that their was something higher than them.  Every time they kneeld to Him, I was told to sit quietly down and watch them.  I watched them worship, when I didn't know what worship meant, and when it finally meant something to me, I worshiped like they did, and I followed what they followed.  But even long before I had parents, long before I existed, there was a God who gave me life.

God bless you,
Yahya
